Steve Alger – one of the directors of the company has spent the last 40 years building the company up based on two core beliefs – Professional Service and a Personal Touch.

Originally based as a cleaning contractor Steve Alger has overseen the development of CIS to specialize in window cleaning but with the smaller profit margins that are associated with the cleaning industry – meaning you will receive the best window cleaning service but at a realistic and competitive price.

Steve’s experience over the years has seen the company progress from offering local window cleaning services to a company that now offers clients a service where ever they need us to attend – whether that be in the traditional areas of South West & South Wales or further afield as larger clients use our reliable and efficient window cleaning teams.

Tom Alger – joined the company 22 years now and has been integral to the development not only of the business portfolio but the way in which our teams operate and are perceived by our clients.

Concentrating on ensuring staff are fully vetted, immaculately presented with very professional uniforms and vans, Tom has developed a team that looks the part and provides real quality.

New Manger of Operations

The last decade has really seen the company grow and with a vast base of varying clients it has become vital that the directors of the company share some of the overall running to a trusted Manager Of Operations.

We are proud to announce in the last 6 months Darren Roberts has been appointed to this position – bringing with him a vast experience in management and team ethics.

Darren has worked as part of a team and for himself over the years and joined CIS two years ago – having understood the companies specific requirements and discussed with Tom & Steve where we could strengthen our services, Darren became the Manager Of Operations.

His appointment will ensure all existing clients and the new ones we hope to attract will receive a service that is fully committed and professional in all aspects.

The appointment will allow director Tom Alger to liaise more closely with clients, to concentrate on ensuring Health & Safety issues and responsibilities are fully met and to ensure customer contact and feedback is obtained and actioned.

Under our manager we also have a dedicated team of window cleaning operatives including team supervisors who’ll ensure all aspects of the contract are covered in terms of Health & Safety and performance on site.
